SubscribeAhhh, we’ve just got back from a lovely two weeks in Tuscany.
It was so great to get away for a little bit, and we first dropped in on our fave place in the world - Barga near Lucca. We stayed at the same place as last year - with Ron and Susi Gauld at Casa Fontana. They always get 5 star ratings on Trip Advisor and there’s a good reason why - their attention to detail, their caring attitude and the amazing location are all spectacular. We love it there!

While I was up northerly a couple of weeks ago I had the pleasure of seeing my cousins Jessica and Nathan and Sarah and Chris in Huddersfield. I had a spare afternoon on the Friday before all the real work kicked off, so I headed out with Sarah and Chris and their luvverly kids Alani and Lily for some cool family portraits, and got Sarah back in her wedding dress (so jealous that she still fits into hers!) for some fab bridal portraits.
It was late afternoon and I just love the gorgeous golden light!
I’m so sad! I was planning a funky bridal fashion shoot for Monday in Bristol, but with the crazy snow and my car skidding everywhere I think we may have to postpone! I dropped hubby Lee off at his work this morning and a car on the opposite side of the road slid on some ice and did a full circle almost right into my car - yikes! Also been seeing lots of slipping and sliding from other places around the country on youtube.
